Mask/Face Coverings: Masks or other face coverings will not be required except when mandated by the park where we are meeting. For example, masks/face coverings may be required by park authorities to use restroom facilities. Otherwise, the use of masks/face coverings will be left to each family’s discretion.
COVID-19 Vaccination: We never ask for or require personal medical information to be provided as a requirement for participation in our co-op. Therefore, COVID-19 vaccination is not a requirement for co-op members.
Upon Registration/Before Attending: All families will be required to sign a liability waiver, which includes language about COVID-19, prior to attending co-op for the first time.
Exposure Notification: If a co-op member voluntarily discloses a known illness of or exposure to COVID-19, co-op leadership will notify current co-op members of said exposure. This will be done in a manner that respects everyone’s anonymity.
Do NOT attend co-op if: you or anyone in your household has been exposed to someone with COVID-19 and you are within the current CDC recommended quarantine period OR you or anyone in your household are exhibiting COVID-19 signs/symptoms. Please refer to our 2022/2023 Sick Policy for a more thorough explanation.
