*To receive discounted tuition, each family will:
1. help with no more than 50% of
the opens (opening slots are now full) or closes in a semester** (along with any cleaning/organizing as needed). There will be certain tasks associated with opening/closing that will be clearly posted so everyone knows what they’re responsible for doing on any given day. Each family will select if they want to be on the opening team or the closing team. Slots are limited for opening but unlimited for closing.***
2. provide offerings/activities for all co-op families (per semester, no more than 2 activities for 1-day/week families and 4 activities for 2-day week families**).

***Please note that opening and closing volunteers may be required to arrive before and/or stay after co-op operating hours.
The co-op year has two 17-week semesters: 1st semester is September through mid-January; 2nd semester is mid-January through May.

Families joining more than 30 days after the semester begins will pay prorated tuition.
If a family must leave the co-op before the end of a semester, upon written request, the remaining tuition will be refunded on a prorated basis, from the date of the request (not from the date the member family stopped attending). A check will be issued and mailed within 30 days of the request. PayPal fees are non-refundable.
