Tuition for the 2022-2023 co-op year

50% of tuition is due within two weeks of registration, in order to confirm your place in our co-op. The balance is due by July 31, 2022. You are welcome to pay your tuition in full immediately.
Within one week after you register, you will receive a PayPal invoice from us so that you can pay your tuition. We do not accept any other form of payment other than through the PayPal invoice but you do not need to have a PayPal account in order to pay that invoice.
Families joining more than 30 days after the co-op year begins will pay prorated tuition.
Refund policy: If a family must leave the co-op before the end of the year, upon written request, the remaining tuition will be refunded on a prorated basis, from the date of the request (not from the date the member family stopped attending). Refunds will be issued within 30 days of the request. Refunds are not available for cancellations due to inclement weather. There are no refunds or make-up days for sessions missed by a family due to personal reasons or illness.
Unfortunately, we are not able to refund the fees the PayPal charges to process your payment. The refund will be the amount of tuition refund you are due minus any PayPal fees.
